AdamS
I'm not sure of the exact ins and outs of this but my IT department have forwarded all requests on port 443 and 9999 to my Connect server based on it's internal IP address. This way if my clients are having issues with firewalls blocking port 9999 (which is relatively common) they can still connect without having to manually enter any port number (https://www.address.here) will always default to port 443 without the need to enter it and I haven't come across a corporate firewall that blocks 443 yet. See this thread for instructions on how to change the default Connect port http://community.vound-software.com/index.php?/topic/215-intella-connect-change-the-default-port-9999/
ŁukaszBachman
Hi, Jason if you follow the rules from the post linked by Adam you should be able to change Connect's port. To answer the 2nd part of your question - yes, Connect will run fine on port 443. We are using it ourselves without any problems. @Adam, thanks for being helpful!
