When i open the event.log located in "Intella\<Case>\audits\event.log" all I was given with was unstructured text. Does it require any specific software to read the particualr log file? The 'events.log' file is a proprietary binary file that can be read only by Intella. Despite having a "log" extension like our other log files do, it's not a text file so it can't be read this way.
