This option would be great in the following two use cases: Sending communications to all active users – In order to communicate service interruptions to all active users we currently manually look up users associated to all cases. Auditing users – In order to reconcile the users that have access to login to Intella Connect and those that can login and access cases within Intella Connect. We error on the side of caution and remove all users that don’t currently have access to Intella Connect cases and this list would help us do that audit quicker. We have already planned few improvements in Users section, I'll make sure that improved auditing is included there too. Can't say though in which exact release those will be included.
