I'm logged into a case via Team, I'm looking at tags I created, both parent and child, but when I right click on any tag to try and rename the option to edit is greyed out. I've never seen that before so not sure where to go really. Edit : aaaand disregard, close and restart case and problem solved....weird. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
