Just curious as to what circumstances would cause this to happen?

 

I'm logged into a case via Team, I'm looking at tags I created, both parent and child, but when I right click on any tag to try and rename the option to edit is greyed out.

 

I've never seen that before so not sure where to go really.

 

Edit : aaaand disregard, close and restart case and problem solved....weird.

Hello Adam,

 

This could happen if the Reviewer filter in the Tags facet is active. Deactivating this filter (setting "Reviewer" to  "all") should bring this option back.
