Content Not Available

I am having issues viewing the content of emails in Preview mode and when choosing to open in an external application.

When choosing to open using an external application I receive an error "Couldn't get item content. Please make sure the evidence files are available"

When choosing to "Preview", I found the content wasn't available to view

This occurs with .msg, .pdg, and .jpg

Version: Intella Professional 2.5.1

I have imported several .pst mailboxes as sources into a new Intella case and ran the indexing options for them.

The case and evidence files are located on a local RAID drive on the system where Intella is installed.

The issue occurs under the "search" tab, after doing a keyword search then selecting the bubble of results associated with the keyword.
