Issue for tagging an email

Hi,

I have an issue with an email. When i want to add a tag, i select the mail, i check apply and then ok.

My problem is, the tag isn't add on the email and the tag is add to an other mail.

If i do it again, same issue.

Hi,

Are you sure you are tagging the correct email, and not a duplicate of the intended email? You can check this by looking at the Item IDs for the email you want to tag, and the email that gets tagged. The Item IDs will be the same.
