sclavier Posted June 3, 2019 Report Share Posted June 3, 2019 Hi, I have an issue with an email. When i want to add a tag, i select the mail, i check apply and then ok. jon.pearse Posted June 3, 2019 Report Share Posted June 3, 2019 Hi, Are you sure you are tagging the correct email, and not a duplicate of the intended email? You can check this by looking at the Item IDs for the email you want to tag, and the email that gets tagged. The Item IDs will be the same.
