Show Conversation - Not working

I've got customers working on a case at the moment, the 'show conversation' function is supposed to show the email chain, when they click on the show conversation button it jumps back to the search screen without anything highlighted.

Any thoughts on what is going on here.

I've given myself access to the data, and the same happens when I try to view a conversation within their case file.

I've tried it with the Enron Training data that we have, and the same thing happens
