fuzed Posted April 7, 2016 Report Share Posted April 7, 2016 I've just processed a case within intella, case was shut down and left alone whilst I did the OCR process on some PDF files, I've come to open the case again and I keep getting the unknown exception error when opening the case. fuzed Posted April 8, 2016 Author Report Share Posted April 8, 2016 Worked out the issue, the hdd had been sent to a third party to copy out the forensic images to, for some reason the file security settings were set, i.e. specific users had access to specific data etc. copied the data out to another drive and everything seems ok now.
