I created a keyword list so that it has something like "This is a file name.xls",FNQ/"This is a file name.xls" "My search criteria is the same across multiple cases so I export this as a template. When I use this template to create another case, the keyword list looks like "This is a file name.xls","This is a file name.xls" If I delete the keyword lists and import afresh, then it works correctly.
