tufelkinder Posted August 8, 2012 Report Posted August 8, 2012 Intella 1.6 Bubble displays sometimes shows includes as a separate bubble in the visual search display, but other times it does not appear. I would prefer that it not appear, just like an exclude, and it's confusing when it shows up. Is this a bug or an option that I can control somehow? Thanks, Walt -~
Guest KathleenK Posted August 8, 2012 Report Posted August 8, 2012 Walt, I am not sure I understand your question. Can you post a screen shot?
admin Posted August 8, 2012 Report Posted August 8, 2012 Walt, I am not sure I understand your question. Can you post a screen shot? For privacy please can you send the screenshot to support (at) Vound-software.com and not to the forum.
tufelkinder Posted August 8, 2012 Author Report Posted August 8, 2012 Actually, here is a screenshot with nothing sensitive. You can see that I'm only searching for two keywords with one include and yet I have 3 source cluster bubbles. This does not happen all the time, in fact it took me a couple searches to get this result. Thanks, Walt
admin Posted August 8, 2012 Report Posted August 8, 2012 Try as we might we cannot recreate this. Are you able to send in a full screenshot of the UI. Be good to see what other settings are on that may affect this. The logs may also help.
tufelkinder Posted August 8, 2012 Author Report Posted August 8, 2012 My typical steps are to create an include search then add three or more search terms. Then, as I start removing the search terms one at a time, the bubble will form. I will try to submit a complete screenshot, but there really aren't any other settings or criteria that I'm using (that I know of).
tufelkinder Posted October 8, 2012 Author Report Posted October 8, 2012 Tentatively it looks like this is fixed in 1.6.2...
