Auto tag to Parent tag

When tagging keywords, there should be an option to nest the tags in a parent tag, rather than dumping them in the root.

Also 'drag and drop' functionality in the tags facet.

Do you mean by 'nest the tags' that it should be a child tag of another tag? That functionality is already available.
 

Is this what you mean? If it is about auto tagging keyword list, there are some tagging options available. 

Or when it is about the tag for the keyword list, you can Use slashes to denote hierarchical tags. For example:

confidential,Responsiveness/Privileged,Sensitivity/High
patent,Sensitivity/Medium

If the above does not apply to you, could you share what steps you envision taking and what the outcome should be?

Thanks Marco.  I didn't see any documentation on the keyword list with hierarchical tags.  Can you elaborate?  I assume it has to be a csv and the first column is the tag and then next is the query. i.e.

01-Responsive/apple AND Orange,,apple AND Orange
