Mat charb Posted March 4, 2022 Report Share Posted March 4, 2022 Hi all, I am processing Zimbra email dump file (.tgz extension) using Intella 2.5.0.1 I have 3 files of 1.5 GB, 30 GB, 105 GB to be processed All emails has been identified from the 1.5 GB file (checked foulderwise count), Intella unable to process other two files. jon.pearse Posted March 4, 2022 Report Share Posted March 4, 2022 Hi, We also got a support ticket regarding this. The format is not supported in Intella. Unless someone else on the forum has has experience with this format and can help, we would suggest that you try finding a 3rd party tool that can convert the Zimbra format to a format that is supported in Intella like PST.
