Lucas Posted November 9, 2021 Report Posted November 9, 2021 Hello, As an admin user, I have access to multiple cases within Intella. In some instances, I have multiple cases for each of my clients. In order to group cases by client, I need to order them by name and use the client's name as a prefix. Something like that: E.g.: Client 1 Case 1 Client 1 Case 2 Client 1 Case 3 Client 2 Case 1 Client 2 Case 2 Client 3 Case 2 I think it would be interesting to group cases as texts in a summary. So you could minimize and maximize the groups to see them together. E.g.: Client 1: Case 1, Case 2, Case 3 Client 2: Case 1, Case 2, Case 3 Do you think this is possible? Thank you! Quote
jon.pearse Posted November 9, 2021 Report Posted November 9, 2021 Hi Lucas, The next version of Intella (2.5) will have some sorting options in the case manager. You can then use the prefix that you mentioned to sort the cases into groups. Quote
