W4 crashes due to Notes library

[Calaman]

Hi.

My copy of W4 crashes with all the cases that I have tried until now. I am testing it with logical acquisitions, using just directories and files.

Checking the case logs, I can see always the same java error messages:

[WARN ] ... [NotesValidator_a9d15b7-log]     at java.base/java.lang.ClassLoader.loadClass(ClassLoader.java:522)

[WARN ] ... [Background-Task-0] Error validating Notes library: lotus/domino/NotesThread

 

Has anybody experienced the same problem ?

Any clue on how to solve it ?

Can you provide a bit more details what exactly you are doing and how these Notes error affects it? Screenshots might help.

 

With regards to this Notes error, it is normal to see it if you don't have IBM Notes installed. But it shouldn't affect anything except being able to index NSF files.

Problem solved !

I was using the same external disk for the cases and for the sources, and this is a no-no, according to the User Manual.
