Hello Mark,
Can you please tell us which version of Intella do you use? Starting from Intella 1.6.4 all exported native files should have their original "modified" and "created" dates. Can you please check that those items have non-empty "File Created" and "File Last Modified" properties?

Hi Adam,
Strictly speaking MSG is not an "original format" for Outlook or Exchange. But you're correct that MSG is much closer to PST than EML.
Unfortunately Intella doesn't support exporting to MSG format at the moment. We may add this in a future release.

philrodo: That's why it would be ideal if Intella could do this automatically during the export process.
Hagrid: I do agree that it would be nice if Intella offered Bates stamping, so that the log file would include your Bates numbers plus meta data. I do see some issues with implimentation of Vounds part, i.e. since the log file tracks by file, not each page of a file, the log would have to show the Bates numbers range for a specific file.
Again, as I described above you can do that with Intella now. If you choose "CSV" load file format and include images only (image format: PDF), you would basically get what you what: PDFs + CSV with custom metadata including Bates numbers. Using the field chooser you can add any metadata in the CSV including Bates numbers (RECORD_ID_START, RECORD_ID_END, NUMBER_OF_PAGES). Did you try that approach?

Hello Jerry,
You would only need to specify a root folder for all backups. You don't need to create sub-folders for each case, it's done by Intella automatically.
You are correct, when a backup is successful, it replaces only the folder that corresponds to the current case, and it doesn't touch any other folders.

Numbering and stamping of individual pages is possible only when you export to Load Files. So you can try the following approach:
1) Select export to Load File.
2) Select type of numbering. If you don't want to use "Load File" numbering, then you can just select the "advanced" mode and enter a name template like "PREFIX-%000num%" (means PREFIX-001, PREFIX-002 and so on).
3) Select Load File format and include images. Set the image format to "PDF".
4) Now on the "Headers and footers" page you can include the "PAGE_NUMBER" field.
Regarding the second issue, can you send us an example of a file that can't be rendered to PDF format? Also it would help if you can send the export logs.

Hi Adam,
Do you mean exporting to PDF? You can add a tag list to the exported PDF and exclude all other properties via "Select properties..." dialog on the "PDF rendering options" page. But the item header (file name or email subject) is always added to the PDF unless you select "Do not include any metadata" check box.

Is it possible for Intella to utilize/ render multiple fonts installed on the system?Unfortunately it's not possible at the moment. Only one custom font can be used when exporting to PDF. I can think of the following options for you:
1) Try to find a single font package that covers all the glyphs you need.
2) Use some third party tool to merge a few TTFs into a single one.

Hello Adam,
According to your screen shot it's not the start of the email body. It's just different versions of PR_SUBJECT field. Any field of an Outlook item may have many versions. Outlook usually displays the last one. "Contents" tab also usually shows only the first version. You can see all the data on the "Raw data" tab. Email body is stored in PR_BODY field.
