It seems like this isn't possible based on the lack of response in the forum and my research in the manual. Was hoping there was a trick someone would be able to suggest. Perhaps this will need to go to a 3rd party tool.

Yes exactly. Within the emails that I export I would like to highlight within the exported content specific keywords that are important to the message. For example if the email content had the keyword "breach" in it then I would like the email to be outputted as it normally would be with the word "breach" highlighted within it. Thank you

Is it possible to export emails to pdf form and highlight keywords that are found within the messages? I would filter the messages by date range, to:, from: and keywords used in the body of the email and would like to highlight keywords within the body of the messages when they are exported If you could point me to the reference materials on doing this I would appreciate it. In my searching I haven't found it yet. Thank you
