Skype/Teams calls

Recommended Posts

Has anyone found a way to interrogate "Start Time" and "End Time" attributes within Skype/Teams calls?  The date/times are in UTC time.

It is possible to interrogate/search based on "Sent" and "Received" but these values for calls are largely irrelevant.  These date/times are in local time and also appear to be several hours ahead of the actual "Start Time".

Igor,

Our process is to export a users messaging data from M365 Purview eDiscovery as a PST and then ingest into Intella (Pro licence).  I'm interested primarily in being able to sort and search for the Start Time and End Time fields but the Joined and Left times would also be helpful.

Hello Evan,

I don't think that calls are supported in Teams PST files. So the item seems to be presented as an email instead of a call. That's why the Start and End fields are not parsed.

Would you be able to provide us any sample perhaps? You can send it via a support ticket if you want.
