Grasshopper
What types of items does Intella place in the <RECOVERED> folder?
Guest KathleenK
When Intella recovers email it puts it in a folder called . This method only works on PST/OST's. Mail in the recycle bin is not considered deleted. The mail in the recycle bin is fully accessible to Outlook. If you delete an email to the recycle bin then empty the recycle bin, Intella will try to recover this email (sometimes called double deleted). Recovered email is not accessable to Outlook. It is important to note that moving email can at times create a recoverable email. i.e. email moved from folder A to B will possibly leave a recoverable email in folder A. So recovered sometimes does not mean deleted. It is more to do with the way Outlook moves email.
