I have the following queries: is the deleted files recovered from the image; can I segregate the mail files and document files in an image during Indexing; and how can I increase the allocation of physical memory for Indexing. admin Posted September 19, 2014 Report Share Posted September 19, 2014 Hi Rishabha, is the deleted files recovered from the image;No you should use Encase for recovering delete files from unallocated space. can I segregate the mail files and document files in an image during Indexing; and No - you would need to index the items separately. how can I increase the allocation of physical memory for Indexing.Section 4.3.7 of the user manual describes how to do this.
