  1. Is there a way in Intella 2.2, when importing a load file, to import multiple tags for a single document.

For example, in my load file, I have a column name Tag_Targets, which contains the tags under which each document should be tagged.

It work well for documents that need to be assigned to a single tag, but some documents need more that one tag (Taget1, Target2).

I can't find a way to assign multiple tags to a single line in the load file.

Is there a way to do this?

  2. Does anybody know the database format does Intella use?

We would like to see if it would be possible to program a utility that could query multiple Intella cases at the same time.

I looked at the files in the "db" folder and I could not find a database type that uses ".rec", ".alloc", ".idx" and .dat" files.

    Thanks

  3. I'm trying to add a folder containing multiple PDF files to an existing case.

My problem is that when I index the files, I also end up in Intella with a bunch of JPEG and TIFF files that are parts of the PDF files I indexed. I only want the PDF files to appear in Intella.

I tried unchecking the "Index content embedded in documents", "Include hidden folders and files" but it doesn't work. I still end up with all those TIFF and JPEG files. I though the "Index content embedded in documents" options was exactly doing that and unchecking it would get me the results I want...

I tried moving my source folder, same results.

I tried version 1.8.4 and 1.9, same results.

    Can you help me?

    Thanks.
