  1. Hi John, That's strange though because we kept on searching and we found that we were able to use RegEx to search for properties using a different syntax in the search bar. If we surround the RegEx with a leading and a trailing forward slash "/", the RegEx expression also found hits in the properties.
  2. Searchable via RegEx or standard text search only?
  3. Hi, I'm running Intella 2.2 here and I would like to know if there is a way to run custom RegEx searches in properties/metadata of Intella items? When I run my RegEx searches using the search bar, I only seems to get results that are in the email body/text of items. No results from hits in properties. Thanks.
  4. Is there a way in Intella 2.2, when importing a load file, to import multiple tags for a single document. For example, in my load file, I have a column name Tag_Targets, which contains the tags under which each document should be tagged. It work well for documents that need to be assigned to a single tag, but some documents need more that one tag (Taget1, Target2). I can't find a way to assign multiple tags to a single line in the load file. Is there a way to do this?
  5. With Intella TEAM, is there a way to unshare and close cases gracefully using a script or command-line? Thanks.
  6. In Intella 2.0.1, I would like to know if it would be possible to prevent displaying the "Other's tags" field from the report when we click "Print Raport"? This is a problem for us as we need to disclose documents to the defense and the presence of those tags might give away clues about the investigation.
  7. Does anybody know the database format does Intella use? We would like to see if it would be possible to program a utility that could query multiple Intella cases at the same time. I looked at the files in the "db" folder and I could not find a database type that uses ".rec", ".alloc", ".idx" and .dat" files. Thanks
  8. I'm trying to add a folder containing multiple PDF files to an existing case. My problem is that when I index the files, I also end up in Intella with a bunch of JPEG and TIFF files that are parts of the PDF files I indexed. I only want the PDF files to appear in Intella. I tried unchecking the "Index content embedded in documents", "Include hidden folders and files" but it doesn't work. I still end up with all those TIFF and JPEG files. I though the "Index content embedded in documents" options was exactly doing that and unchecking it would get me the results I want... I tried moving my source folder, same results. I tried version 1.8.4 and 1.9, same results. Can you help me? Thanks.
