    Hi. Am wondering if the cause of this problem was ever identified? I'm just encountering it for the first time on numerous emails when generating PDF reports or printing a PDF from Connect 2.5.1. If I export and print as a PDF manually there are no strange characters present. Thank You, Rob Taylor.
