is there a way to be more specific way in the keyword search part whereby is specific enough to detech only uppercase and lowercase keyword?

For instance I have a 1000 page of document that required to be scanned but the hit, made is around 2.How can i extract only that 2 pages that I only required rather than the entire 1000 page?
