[No Parent ID]

Hi,

I have a case here, where no Parent ID's show up. But the emails absolutely have lot's of attachments. Tried re-indexing, and that did not solve the issue. Any ideas?

Hi community,

I am generating my first load file with Intella for Relativity, and regardless of what I try In addition to my tiff files and load file,  I still receive a Native Export folder full of native files. I only want xls, xlsx as a native export. Other than that everything else should be single page tiff.

 

P.S. I did include the skip  xlsx files for the Original view option, tried with and without same results.
