Is there a way for me to do a search for the term of four "dollar sign" $$$$ ?

Anyone encountered this before when trying to open the case from Intella:
"Unknown exception when opening a case. Please check out the case log files for additional info."
Checked the log files and nothing make sense, at least to me.
Help needed.
Thanks

Anyone with problem viewing Unicode characters when the item was exported out.
I have problem viewing the characters in Vietnamese language when I export out the email item as an individual EML file or within the PST file.
However, in Intella, when I preview the item, the characters were displayed correctly in the "Content" view but not in the "Preview" view.

As usual, after several tries, I did it this way.
Do what Adam recommended.
An extra step, on the "Details" view, I select "To" columns and do a sort. Bingo!!!

Thanks Adam. What can I do to further sieve out emails between just the two individuals? I only want to have emails exclusively between them. Possible?

Hi
Is there a way for in Intella to only search and review emails between two individuals?
Thanks

Thanks AdamS.
Your method seems to be the better choice.
Under the tagging preference is there a way to just allow the immediate parent to be tag when we are tagging the child? None of the three choices there seems to do that.

Scenario:
Keywords hit on an item attached to an email. When exported in Original Format with location structure kept, only the attachment item was exported, the parent email becomes a folder.
Anyway that I can include the parent email when exporting in Original Format?

Is there anyway I can easily identify that a PDF item has scanned image in it?

Can Intella index a PDF of scanned document? What are the limitations on PDF indexing?
