  1. Hi,

There is the ability to highlight text within the Redaction tab, but the highlights do not stick when the document gets closed. This functionality is apparently not supported anymore.

I would like to suggest that this functionality becomes supported with the option to export the resulting PDF documents with the highlights. This option could be added at where one choses if he wants redactions used for the export.

I believed that this coupled with the item from the wishlist "export redacted items as semi-transparent" would bring Intella to another level in terms of the documents revision cycle.

  2. After using this functionality many times now, I would like to suggest improvement to it. It would be great to have as part of the case template, "redaction template" and "PDF rendering options". "PDF rendering options" is when you export as PDF document such as here:

so that when you open a new case with a case template you get the same redaction template from the case and same rendering options.

    Thanks,

  3. Thanks Mateusz for your response.

Like for instance, when I open a PDF from Intella using "Open In External Application" it gets created here:

If I modify the PDF while open in external application, it is saved at the same place with same name. Is there a way to replace the opened PDF with the one created\modified there? Or is the only way for me is to save that modified PDF at the source location and then re-index? 🤪

  4. Hi,

I would like to propose for the update of Intella an option to export documents with redacted items as semi-transparent boxes that allows you to see the content being redacted. This would allow to share the proposed redactions with other people and do 3rd party consultation for proposed redactions. I believe this would add a lot of value to the redaction functionalities of Intella.

There could be having a 3rd option below which would enable to "use redacted image as semi-transparent":

The result of the exported document with semi-transparent redaction would look like this:

    image.png.5cfa8b06c2b9c5e3ff9eadc675377222.png

Instead of only having the option to export redacted item opaque in color or black like this:

At least with semi-transparent redacted document you can consult with other people within the organization or outside of it.

    Thanks a lot for considering.
