Random Error?

We have repeatedly received a "fatal" error (image attached) saying "an uncaught exception was thrown" while using Version 1.9 of Intella. The error shows up when we are trying to remove terms from a detailed search, and essentially freezes the program, making it impossible to use. The only option is to shut down and restart. How can we correct this?

Hi please can you answer the following questions. Can you also share a copy of your log files zipped and via dropbox or similar.  Please use PM to send a link to the logs.

* Does the computer you are using meet the minimum specifications [YES|NO] 
* Release number ? [Example -1.8.X]: 1.8.?
* Operating system ? [Example - Windows 7/32 bit]:
* Amount of RAM installed ? [Example - 8 gig]:

[section 2 - Case and Source Data]:
* Type of source data being indexed [Example - PST files only]:* Has the evidence or case been moved from where it was indexed ? [YES | NO]:
* Type of drive holding the evidence files during indexing [Example - local drive (note that using a USB 2/3 hard drive or a network drive is not recommended)]:
* Type of drive the case is stored on [Example - local drive (note that using a USB 2/3 hard drive or a network drive is not recommended)]:
* If you are using a USB 2/3 hard drive or a network drive for either of the above, how have you ruled out whether the issue is related to the drive ?
[Example – we moved the case to a local drive and the issue persists]:
* How have you ruled out the issue being due to third party software ? [Example – the case is on a standalone computer with no anti-virus software or connections to corporate mail servers or user permissions]:
* How have you ruled out that data corruption could be a factor in this issue ? [Example – we have checked the data in a number of other software programs and no errors were detected]:
