  1. My team is performing production import tests. Despite achieving some positive results, we still have some problems: 1. When checking for errors in the "match loadfile fields with Intella" portion, we encounter the following image, suggesting problems with the opt file, even though the preview of the items with redaction appeared to be correct. The loadfile can be proccessed even with these errors. The Map fields options were filled as in the following image. 2. After processing the loadfile, we realize that some items that should have a redacted image in the visualization panel do not have a image to display. All other files had their images preview displayed properly. Are there any particularities regarding the import of items with redaction we are missing? The dat and opt files are available in the attachments. export.dat export.opt
  2. Hi! I have two questions regarding OCR. First, is there any easy way to keep track of progress and see how many docs remain to be OCRed? I am usually OCRing via a command-line script immediately after processing (using a Task file). The command output simply says "Post-processing", so I don't know how many OCR candidates were identified. I see that files are being created in the following folder in my current case: .\tmp\ocr-service9057841158103284728. It looks like the final OCR results are being placed in the "ocr-results" folder here, so that seems to be a good number as to how many files have been OCRed thus far. I just don't know how many files are still going to be processed. Also, I notice that when OCR finishes, this "ocr-results" folder is immediately deleted. Is there any way to prevent this? I like to keep keep OCR results for future use. Sometimes, we need to ingest new data that contains a lot of duplicates of files already OCRed. It would be fantastic to just be able to import the OCR results for these rather than need to OCR them all over again. I'd appreciate any ideas for the above. Thank you! Bryan
  3. Hi All, We are currently working a case and are having some problems getting Foxmail email into Intella Team. We have had a long day on this and it seems to us that Foxmail have dropped the mbox extension, emails appear to have no extension at all! The versions of Foxmail we are dealing with are various flavours of V7 (V7.2, V7.1.3, and V7.1). Our current work-around is to dump the user accounts out to eml format; we do not like the idea of doing this for 50 custodians and 400GB of email; anyone been here and done this before, any third-party tools used to achieve this? Many Thanks to All in advance. Alan Jeffries D3Forensics Limited
  4. Is it possible to export a set of tags and message/document hashes from one Intella case and import those into another case? For example, I have two cases that have some shared evidence and the cases have now been merged. I would like to also merge the tags from the two cases and evidence into a single case. Is this possible? Thanks, Walt -~
