  1. Hello everyone, I'm working with a case where I'm getting this error. "Error response code: 500 Please contact support if this error persists" I looked up some questions like this in the community but all guys with the same problem were rerouted to the customer support. I'm getting this error for some specific search combination, for example, while doing a search by keywords from a specific custodian. How did you solve it? How can I track it to check the problem with details? Thanks and regards!
