I have a user who is getting this error code: 500 in one of his cases. Has there been an issue or corrective action discovered for this?

When trying to index a folder 355 GB in size with various document types, Intella Pro completes after 5 minutes indicating it completed successfully; however, when I look at the Locations facet, I am only seeing two cellphone report .html files.
