Hi, You could tag all items that are not privileged then create a new blank case and export everything that is not privileged to the new case. Of course the new case should be also checked for privileged items to make sure that nothing got through. It is best to read the Connect manual for more info on merging.

Hi Brad, At this point you cant filter search terms in a KW list by date. The work around is to first filter by the date range and tag those items. Then, apply the keywords for that date range over the tag. Then do the same for the second date range etc.

Hi, currently the metadata from the Properties tab can not be exported as already mentioned. If you are after metadata such as the full name, then this should be in the RAW data tab. If there is no RAW data tab for the item, then there may be something wrong with the item. In that case can you submit a support ticket and send us a sample that has no RAW data tab please.

Hi, Currently custom columns can only be made from the Raw data and Headers tabs. Metadata from the Properties tab may be included for custom columns in a future version.

Hi Shaun, We are trying to understand the issue that you have. Note that the 'Tag all duplicates' option wont make a difference if you have run a KW search. This is because the hits from the KW search will include all duplicates. Hi, If you want to search for specific amounts with dollar signs (and commas if required), you should use a regular expression. Regular expressions will find the text that you see in the Contents tab including symbols and non alphabet/numeral characters. The regular expression assistant has an area where you can enter the text that you want to search for, so that lets you test out the regular expression that you are creating.

Hi Lucas, The next version of Intella (2.5) will have some sorting options in the case manager. You can then use the prefix that you mentioned to sort the cases into groups.

Sorry my screenshot did not show the full string. You need to add the ABC (or whatever prefix you want) at the beginning. Yes, the files are renamed with the DocIDs. That is usually how load files are made. To set encremental numbering on each page you need to use the Page_Name setting.

Hi FP1, Here is an example of how I have my numbering setup. In this example a group number is used, but in your case you can remove the %000group%. text from the Advanced field.

If the "All rights Reserve" phrase is recognized/separated as a paragraph, you could use the paragraph exclusion on that phrase. That is kind of works like an ignore. E.g. there are no hits returned on this particular phrase if they are in a document. E.g.

Hi, some good news, and not so good news. The good news is that we have actually improved proximity searches to do what you need to do. In this example I have searched for 'personal information' within 5 words of 'protected' and this is the result. The not so good news is that this is a very recent change and it wont be available until the next release (version 2.5). We are aiming for this release in September provided all tasks and testing has been completed.
