Hi, I am currently looking at this. Once you have a redaction profile, how do you select it? I have redactions made and in my redaction profile I have removed all the meta data however, when i export it is still there... how do i export out the redactions made using my new redaction profile?

Hi, I have a case set up and the dates are English (british). I am trying to create a load file where the dates/time reflect this. Within the load file options i have selected the custom dates and set the up to reflect british time/date DD/MM/YYYY however the load file still outputs MM/DD/YYYY how do i change this so the load file dates are in DD/MM/YYYY

Why when I search “Name” and “sent items” for the date range 1 December 2014 to 7 January 2015 does Intella display in the list of search results 20 odd entries with type “Contact (from pst)” all dated 7 January 2015 and timed between 3.37pm and 3.46pm? Does this indicate that these Contacts were sent somewhere or opened on that date. The reason I ask is because the date in question happens to be the users last day of employment. I am wondering, therefore, whether he might have forwarded some of his client contacts or copied them down before he left, or whether there is some other innocent explanation. Thank you Richard

Hi We are updating our cases without using the IWR function as we have our cases on a server. Every time a case is updated we have to copy the files across. If we merge the folders we can see the tags but they are not present in the case. is there a way to see tags and flags without using the IWR? or do we have to use it? Thanks
