  1. I imported a load file production (Load file, Natives, tiff, Text). We are trying to do a Load File export of a few tagged documents that are emails. Is there any settings to export the images that were already imported. It looks like Intella reimages the file and just looks like plain OCR text file. Update: After further testing. The issue only happens after we made a couple of redactions. The image looks like a regular text file which increases the page count and throws off the original bates number.
  2. It has been fixed in version 2.6.1. Did a test with the same settings.
  3. Is there a way to add the sender/recipient, subject, time/date, etc? I'm doing a PDF export, I tried Properties and Main properties above body under PDF rendering options, but it just exports the body.
  4. Is there a Beg Doc, End Doc field that is created after doing a production to see the bates range of the documents within intella. I know it creates that on the DAT file but would be great to see it in a field within Intella
  5. Thanks Chris but I don't think we are on the same page. Let's take your export sample. It looks like it's 2 emails with an attachment each. My goal would be to have a PDF file for each email. I have attached of how it would look like , one PDF for each email and its attachment . Venio has this export feature highlighted on the sample JPG Email1.pdf Email2.pdf
  6. I have a PST that I would like to export into PDF and keep the email and attachment together in one file. Ex. if I have 5 emails with each having 1 attachment (total 10 documents) the export would have 5 PDF files. With Intella I can only export into individual PDFs which will give me 10 PDF file with the example above.
  7. What tool do you use to merge? I'm in the same boat, I hope they add an option to merge parent and child when doing a PDF export.
  8. Can an option be added to export color tiff into JPEG when doing a load file export. a. Black and white images must be 300 DPI Group IV single-page TIFF files b. Color images must be produced in JPEG format
